In compliance with the

- Performing administrative tasks/activities
associated with controlling the registering, processing and filing
incoming/outgoing correspondence, and attending to telephone queries to
facilitate and support the recording and updating of information.
- Supervising the processing of different
categories of incoming mail/correspondence, documents, recording details in the
relevant registers, and capturing information on the database.
- Providing statistical information of workflow
processes for management and control purposes.
- Monitoring the recording of miscellaneous
remittances in the applicable register for processing by the cashiers.
As part of the selection process, candidates may be
tested on any requirement, skill or competency, which will include
pre-employment screening, security vetting and psychometric assessment.
