- Tertiary Qualifications (B Bibl or B

- The management and report requirements
associated with the posts require in-depth understanding, knowledge and
application of principles, acceptable practices and procedures.
- Four to five years’ experience in a
senior capacity in a library environment.
- Coordinate the key performance
indicators associated with the operations of the library services, technical
services section and monitoring the execution of the procedural
sequences, requirements associated with planning, policy and procedure

- Attending to
administrative reporting and record updating requirements.
