The Council has received an application for its Special Consent to permit a licensed restaurant and Place of Amusement on the property.

The Council has received an application for its Special Consent to operate a Day Care Centre on the property.

 

In addition the Council has received an application for a Zoning Scheme Departure to deviate from the required on-site parking bay and provide zero on-site parking bays.

Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 193, Framesby, in order to allow the proposed additions on the property.

Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 2263, Newton Park, to regularise the existing structure on the property.

The Council has received an application for the subdivision of Portion 63 of the Farm Kragga Kamma 23 into two portions, as shown on Plan No. JN2281-PS.

 

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9231A1 : REZONING OF ERF 6894, WALMER (102-104 VILLIERS ROAD) (CF32/06894) (LM)

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 6894, Walmer from Community 1 purposes to Business 3 purposes to permit offices, training, recording studio, coffee shop and hairdressing on the property.

 

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9419 : REZONING OF ERF 28, BEACHVIEW (9 COMPASS ROAD)(CF48/00028) (LM)

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Scheme Regulations as contained in Section 8 of the Land Use Planning Ordinance 15 of 1985 by the rezoning of Erf 28, Beachview from Residential Zone 1 purposes to Special purposes to permit the property to be used for residential and guesthouse purposes.

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 102, Newton Park from Residential 1 purposes to Business 3 purposes to permit the development of a double storey apartment block of flats on the property.

 

The Council has received an application for a Zoning Scheme Departure from Cape Road LSDF minimum Erf size 3000m² to 1587m².

 

TOWN PLANNING DEPARTURE 4715 : ERF 2170, FAIRVIEW (WESSEL SWART DRIVE)(CF35/02170) (NJ)

 

The Council has received an application for a Town Planning Departure to allow a departure from the street boundary from 5m to 4,740m.
