Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 8, Fernglen.

Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Portion 29 of the Farm Maitlands Mines No. 478.

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Scheme Regulations as contained in Section 8 of the Land Use Planning Ordinance 15 of 1985 by the rezoning of Portion 29 of the Farm Maitlands Mines No. 478 from Agricultural Zone 1 to Special Zone (Wedding and Function Venue, Chapel, Guest Chalets and Private Nature Reserve).

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 2184, Newton Park from Residential 1 purposes to Business 3 purposes to permit the property to be used for offices.

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 1003, Walmer from Residential 1 purposes to Business 2 purposes to permit the property to be used for business purposes.

 

The Council has received an application for a Town Planning Departure to permit the relaxation of the side building lines to 0 m and the street building line from 8 m to 5 m.

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 121, Summerstrand from Residential 3B purposes to Business 3 purposes.

 

In addition, the Council has received an application for a Departure from the parking requirements and the building lines in terms of Section 13 of the PE Zoning Scheme in order to formalise the existing medical facility on the property.

The Council has received an application for a Zoning Scheme Departure to permit relaxation of the side and rear building lines.

 

ZONING SCHEME DEPARTURE 4706 : ERF 563, SOUTH END (266 WALMER BOULEVARD ROAD) (CF22/00563) (LM)

 

The Council has received an application for a Zoning Scheme Departure to permit a relaxation of front and side building lines on Erf 563, South End.
