The Council has received an application for its Special Consent for a Special Use to permit a fabric library showroom with an office on Erf 3124, Central.

The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality is considering the sale of the above erf to Florence Singapi.

 

Any interested parties are required to express their interest in such sale, as stated above or their objections thereto, in writing, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the description "Purchase of Erf 51177, Ibhayi", which must be delivered to Properties and Planning Administration, second floor, Lillian Diedericks Building, Govan Mbeki Avenue, Port Elizabeth by not later than 16:30 on 25 September 2018.

 

Any sale of the erf shall be subject to the provisions of the Local Government : Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003, the NMBM Preferential Procurement Policy (as amended), the NMBM Policy for the Disposal of Immovable Capital Assets, incorporating the NMBM Land Sales Directives (as amended) and the evaluation and adjudication criteria stated therein.
