Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 8, Cotswold, to permit the property to be rezoned.

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 8, Cotswold from Residential 1 purposes to Business 2 purposes to permit the property to be used for retail, office, medical and residential purposes.

Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Remainder Portion 150 of the Farm Chelsea No. 25, to permit a portion of the property to be developed

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Scheme Regulations as contained in Section 8 of the Land Use Planning Ordinance 15 of 1985 by the rezoning of Remainder Portion 150 from Rural Residential to Rural Residential (2,4447 ha) and Business Zone II (±5000 m²) to permit a portion (Business Zone II) of the subject property to be used for a nursery and storage facility.

The Council has received an application for the subdivision of Erf 22542, Uitenhage into Portions A and B, measuring 640m² each as shown on Plan no. 22542/1.

 

Furthermore, the Council has received an application for its Special Consent to permit a second dwelling to be erected on Portion B of Erf 22542, Uitenhage.

 

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9243 : REZONING OF ERF 70, DESPATCH (13 BOTHA STREET)(CF47/00070) (FN)

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 70, Despatch from Special Zone (Restaurant and Dwelling Unit only) purposes to Residential Zone IV purposes to permit the property to be used for flats.

 

Details relating to the proposals are available at the offices of the Human Settlements Directorate, 76 Cuyler Street, Uitenhage during normal office hours.                                             SALE : WELLS ESTATE

 

PORTION OF ERF 1, WELLS ESTATE SITUATE AT STUDEBAKER STREET (CF26/00001) (Ref. 19)

 

The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality is considering selling Portion of Erf 1, Wells Estate to the owner of an abutting property, subject to the consolidation of the said property with Erf 469, Wells Estate and the closure of the said portion.

 

Any sale to be concluded shall be subject to the provisions of the Local Government Municipal Finance Management Act 56 of 2003, the NMBM Policy and Procedures for the Disposal of Immovable Capital Assets incorporating the NMBM Immovable Property Disposal Directives.

 

The closing date for objections and/or expressions of interest is 19 March 2018.
