The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality is considering permitting the owner of Erf 14284, Bethelsdorp to encroach onto a portion of Erven 1371 -1373, Bethelsdorp, as shown on Plan no. L8B-X-30, subject to certain conditions.

 

Any encroachment to be concluded shall be subject to the provisions of the Local Government : Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003, the NMBM Policy and Procedures for the Disposal of Immovable Capital Assets, incorporating the NMBM Immovable Property Disposal Directives.
