The Council has received an application for the subdivision of Erf 24670, Uitenhage into Portion A, measuring 444 m² in extent, and Portion B, measuring 1070 m² in extent, and the subsequent consolidation of Portion A with Erf 28942, Uitenhage.

 

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9203 : REZONING OF ERF 2722, UITENHAGE (4 BAIRD STREET) (CF45/02722) (TN)

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Uitenhage Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 2722, Uitenhage from General Residential Sub-Zone 1 purposes to Suburban Business purposes to permit the property to be used for business purposes.
