The Council has received an application for its Special Consent to permit a daycare centre to operate on the property.

The Council intends subdividing Erf 1951, Kwamagxaki, as shown on Plan no. Q8C-X-9.

 

In addition, the Council intends amending the Kwamagxaki Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of a portion of Erf 1951, Kwamagxaki from Undetermined purposes to Institutional 2 purposes, as shown on Plan no. Q8C-X-9, to permit the property to be utilised for religious purposes.

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Scheme Regulations as contained in Section 8 of the Land Use Planning Ordinance 15 of 1985 by the rezoning of Portion 53 of Farm Kragga Kamma No. 23 from Agricultural Zone 1 to Institutional Zone 1 purposes to permit development of a Place of Instruction/School and a hostel on the property.

 

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9190: REZONING OF ERF 2526, MOTHERWELL (17 MATANZIMA STREET, NU2) (CF29/02526) (FK)

 

The Council intends amending the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 2526, Motherwell from Institutional 3 purposes to Institutional 2 purposes to permit the property to be used for church purposes.

 

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9191 : REZONING OF ERF 579, FAIRVIEW ( 177 CIRCULAR DRIVE) (CF35/00579) (PV)

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 579, Fairview from Residential 1 and Transportation 1 to Business 1 purposes to permit the property to be used as such.

 

TOWN PLANNING DEPARTURE 4621 : ERF 2481, HUNTERS RETREAT (CF10/02481) (PV)

 

The Council has received an application for a Town Planning Departure to relax the building line from 5m to 0m, in order to regularise the existing entertainment area on Erf 2481, Hunters Retreat.

The Council has received an application for its Special Consent to permit a 25m high free standing cellular mast and communication base station to be erected on Erf 8077, Uitenhage.

 

Details relating to the proposals are available at the offices of the Human Settlements Directorate, 76 Cuyler Street, Uitenhage during normal office hours.
