Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 5, Sunridge Park.

Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 2092, Walmer. 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 2092, Walmer from Residential 1 to Business 1 to permit the property to be used for such purposes. 

REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS APPLICATION IN TERMS OF THE SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT ACT, 2013 (ACT 16 OF 2013) : ERF 4521, KABEGA ( 5 DICK KING AVENUE) (CF12/04521) (PV) 

Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 4521, Kabega. 

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9142 : REZONING OF REMAINDER OF THE FARM FERREIRIA NO. 483 (CF62/00483) (LS) 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Section 8 Scheme Regulation by the rezoning of remainder of the Farm Ferreiria No. 483 from Agricultural 1 to Special Zone purposes to permit a Wedding/Conference Facility with a Chapel to operate on a portion of the land. 

TOWN PLANNING DEPARTURE 4600 : ERF 4521, KABEGA (CF12/04521) (PV) 

The Council has received an application for a Zoning Scheme Departure to allow parking requirements in respect of Erf 4521, Kabega. 

ZONING SCHEME DEPARTURE 4602 : ERF 3243, NEWTON PARK ( 31-33 7TH AVENUE) (CF17/03243) (LM) 

The Council has received an application for a Zoning Scheme Departure to permit an increase in coverage from 61% to 75% in order to allow the construction of a canopy photovoltaic solar panel. 

Details relating to these proposals are available at the offices of the Directorate: Human Settlements, second floor, Lillian Diedericks Building (formerly Brister House), Govan Mbeki Avenue, Port Elizabeth during normal office hours. Any person wishing to object to these proposals must submit his objections in writing to the Executive Director: Human Settlements, PO Box 9, Port Elizabeth 6000 on or before 12 June 2017.

 UITENHAGE 

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9147: REZONING OF ERF 2805, UITENHAGE ( 37 JOHN STREET) (CF45/02805) (TN) 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Uitenhage Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 2805, Uitenhage from Single Residential to General Residential Sub-Zone 1 to permit flats to be erected on the property. 

Details relating to the proposals are available at the offices of the Human Settlements Directorate, 76 Cuyler Street, Uitenhage during normal office hours. Any person wishing to object to these proposals must submit his objections in writing to the Executive Director: Human Settlements, PO Box 9, Port Elizabeth 6000 on or before 12 June 2017.
