Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 1625, Korsten.

 

REMOVAL OF RESTRICTIONS APPLICATION IN TERMS OF THE SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT ACT, 2013 (ACT 16 OF 2013) : ERF 3112, NEWTON PARK( 5 WORRAKER STREET)(CF17/03112) (LS)

 

Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title conditions applicable to Erf 3112, Newton Park.

The Council has received an application for its Special Consent to permit a funeral parlour to operate on Erf 24684, Uitenhage.

 

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9111 : REZONING OF PORTION 4 OF THE FARM BAUWERSKRAAL NO. 234 (HILLWACHT ROAD)(CF62/00234P4) (FN)

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment of the Section 8 Zoning Scheme Regulations (Ordinance 15 of 1985) by the rezoning of Portion 4 of the Farm Bauwerskraal No. 234 from Agricultural 1 to Special Use Zone for Agricultural 1 and wind turbine infrastructure purposes.

 

TOWN PLANNING AMENDMENT 9122: REZONING OF ERF 24743, UITENHAGE (29 UNION AVENUE) (CF45/24743) (TN)

 

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Uitenhage Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 24743, Uitenhage from Single Residential to Business purposes to permit the property to be used for office purposes.
