Early closure of Nelson Mandela Bay Customer Care Centres today at 13:00

All Budget and Treasury Customer Care Centres will close at 13:00 today and re-open on Monday, 5December, at 08:00.

However, consumers should not be affected if they make useof the following services:

FOR BALANCE ENQUIRIES

  • Contact our Automated Help Desk on our Customer Care Helpline at 041-506 5555 or get your statement on your cellular phone.
FOR PAYMENTS
  • Use any Easypay Outletatretailers such asShoprite, Spar andWoolworths amongst others.
  • Pay at any Standard Bank Branch
  • At any Post Office
  • Via Internet Banking (any ATM) and Telephone Banking.

FAX receipts to 041-5061442 / 086 416 3487 / 086 610 2957 for reconnection & unblocking of pre-paid electricity meters.
